Do you not get a Tool Kit with a new XR?
Not that I'm real upset about not getting one as the tool kits that I've gotten in the past weren't anything special but the larger box end spanners with the flattened tube extension worked to loosen the axle nut. The two piece design wasn't bad.
Honda or course does sell a tool kit.
Here's mine. The 6" Crescent ( adjustable spanner ) opens to 24MM for the axle. The Vice grip is a do all tool and can be a shifter in a pinch. The Motion Pro spark plug socket used with 3/8 to 1/4 drive adaptor gets the plug out and doubles as a screw driver handle with a custom made bit adaptor. I carry a lot more than I need for my bike so that I can lend assistances to lees well prepared Adventurers I may encounter on my journeys.
And you need these. Best channel lock type tool ever made. Knipex brand.
