There's a tent under the sleeping bag (grey/black/yellow compression bag), the stakes and poles are in the lid, as are two camp towels and a first aid kit. The small bags to the left have tent lamp, headlamps, tent footprint, small axe, and the like.

The other pannier carried the second sleeping bag, sandals, all tools (including tire patch kit and pump), camp kitchen, ...

Wife's bike carried clothes and food.
