As I mentioned in the other thread I had my best year of riding at Hells Canyon.
My first day (thurs) Ladybug, Rainbow007 & I rode the 80 miles at 6:00 am to meet sorebut (Jim) in Asotin.
Remarkable ride through Misery mtns or valley or some such to Troy..

Mud!



Ridgeline of wind & rain & 36 degrees...




Lower down on a little used two track...
Misery? ...No, bliss.
Then lunch at Troy and onwards...




My solo day on friday I made easy due to Mr Morgan playin on me.
Lostine river canyon & then the Elk mtn area.
Uneventful until the famous horse lady showed up.
Then eventful... Glad to meet Finisia.
Met up with Jeff & Craig & their wimenz who had the pleasure of meeting Finisia also.

Day three, Sat I rode with James (mrmagoolin). More epic stuff with ridgeline views, grass valleys, Harl Butte lookout tower and MUD!
Hats off to Ken for riding his big bike through...





And the infamous bridge built in 1965 with no road on either side of it.
Hmmm... Wasted tax dollars in 1965???


Thank you Jim & James for great ride outs - well done.
Enjoyed riding with Ryan, James son.
A tip of the hat to nopo(?) for riding the Scrambler in.
Thanks to everyone I rode with and chatted with in camp.
You know who you are. A great time had by me.

Horsepower is a distant second to useable torque, unless cafe cruising is the reason for the purchase...
