You'll probably be able to buy one cheaper in the U.S.
Get a Super Crew if you can, it'll have more than enough space for kids.
As far as snow goes, don't worry, it'll do well. Mine was fine last winter with
oem crap rubber and no ballast. In Southern Sask I think ice would be as big
of a concern as snow. Good winter tires are a plus but I've heard good things about
Goodyear Duratracs. I'd stay away from BFG AT. In my experience they become
curling stones at -15c.
