So, just spooned on a new set, the Scorps did 4700 miles which included some 700 miles 2 up, 3000ish miles loaded for the trail, the COBDR, CO Million Dollar Highway at speeds not conduscive to LEOs liking (loaded BTW), and the return trip to WA State. No chunking front or rear although I do have some checking at the base of the knobbies, the rear wore evenly and the front was starting to do the slope wear. I could have gone longer for pure gravel/logging type roads and pavement but why would I limit myself?
So, IMO, they may not last as long as Heidis, but they are superior in every other sense, on and off road. They rail the sweepers and bite the grit. A true DS/ADV tire in every aspect.
