well here it is the tank has arrived, laid out in all its glory

quality of the parts and fittings is exclent

so here is the start, ABS pump removed, ready to start fitting



remove the bolts from the rear mudguard





first cut, tray removed




test fit for first time



thats it for now, need to remove a few mor bits before I continue, also need to tidy up the edges of the cutsI have made already, I shall do that and finsh up tomorrow.

So far the fitting has been easy (thats tempting fate) with no particular issues, I need to make sure that I cut the right bits for the filler cap but other than that, cant really see any particular problems (he said hopfully). As with all jobs of this type is removing bits to get to the parts you need and to give access that takes the time.
Looking forward to getting this finished and trying it out.
