Good question. Thing is, they have changed A LOT of the personnel already, and they are changing even more now. Biggest changes are organizational, getting people to work in a totally different way. What they should have done is fired everyone and started over, but they would lose way too much knowledge that way. It's going to take another 2-3 years to get it completely turned around, but things are different now, because the senior management is different.
