It looks like last weeks pics are shut down due to bandwidth limits, they will be back up in a few days...

Here are a some pics from yesterdays Ride N Hike once again to central Vanisle:

The main peak, looks small in the pics but is about 400' tall and tops out near 6000'

On the main peak looking SW, the three peak cluster 1/4 from the center right are the ones we were on last weekend...

This stone is huge and look precariously balanced

You can see Mount Waddington in the hazy backdrop directly above this rooster comb peak

The difference between the mountains on Vancouver Island and the interior is that on the Island the base of the mountains often start out between sea level and 1000' as to where in the interior they may start between 2000' and 5000'...
