Some of it will also come down to the previous owner of the bike, in my experience. The farkled one may or may not have had warranty/TSB issues addressed - I would definitely check on that on both bikes. 67k is starting to get there, but isn't unduly high mileage. It's more likely to need pads/rotors/bearings/chain/sprockets etc, but if all the wear items seem good and the farkles are what you would do to it anyway, I wouldn't let the mileage dissuade you. The exception would be if the engine has a hard time building oil pressure, has a lot of cam chain rattle, smokes on startup or when running, that sort of thing.
