For those who love the sounds of old GP and other racing bikes such as this one, Phil Read sells a CD, "The Superior Sound of Classic Racing Bikes." At least, I guess he still sells it, out of England. I've listened to it over and over. It includes single, twin, 4, 5(!), and 6 cylinder bikes 250cc and under. Regarding dividing a given displacement into multiple tiny cylinders, this achieves high rpm and corresponding horsepower. Torque is sacrificed. Think Harley Davidson, the opposite.
