But was it blind to the SUV, or did he have some rise farther back that showed him the light was still green before he lost sight of it?
Or did the SUV see the light the entire time?
Anyway, self preservation here in s. Florida means waiting for about 4 seconds after a light turns green - and looking both ways twice
staying put if you see anyone approaching at that point. We're not just waiting about four seconds, we're actively scanning and getting ready to stay longer.
