That is the same taillight I use. It's very dim! I made a refllector out of a piece of an antifreeze jug trimmed to fit inside the lens and covered it with foil tape. After trying 3 different types of bulbs I found that Sylvania 3893(T4W) are the brightest and fit perfectly without modification.
