I've partially hiked or drove my 4x4 in this area. Badly maintained dirt roads rather than trails :( Expect disappointing closures and "no motorized vehicle" pop-ups. It's pretty in the Fall and early Spring, intermediate rider skill need on rocky, rutted parts of Brook rd. past Walpack, lots of hunters on Fall Sat.s:

1) From Sandyston, on rt 615 N., right turn-offs onto Flat Brook Wildlife area, such as:
Lower Mountain Rd. (if open), or
Haines Mills Rd., into Mountain Rd.(busy, fishermen), then
Mountain Rd. to Buttermilk falls (busy, falls viewers), then
go straight at the intersection with Tilman rd., and Walpack's Main st. with cemetary at the left, onto Brook road. Beautiful field behind the cemetery if you make a left into Walpack and cross a rusty steel bridge.

Or continue on rt. 615 N past Walpack and make right at elbow onto unpaved Bridge rd., into state game land, go past fishing area, and make a left onto Brook road. Gunshots from nearby ranges can get loud.

From Brook rd., make left at rt. 560, then make quick right onto Flatbrook rd., which starts out unpaved, finally hitting 206/521,
Or continue north on 560 a little further to make a left at Ennis rd. (officially closed) which leads to some old hunting fields and dead ends abriuptly at a missing bridge. The other side of Ennis rd. appears accessed as a right from 615 N.
