G'day guys
Hoping for some enlightenment :)

I bought an EXP Rekluse for my 990R.
Its the latest version 3 with the 6 replacement thinner drive plates.

Installed everything fine at the default 990 settings, did everything as per the instructions and all was well.

Following day, headed off for a two day 1100 k ride and within the first 50k's, its tarted slipping badly.
Stopped and adjusted, all good. withing a couple more hours it started slipping again so backed it off a bit more to give me the 3 mm.
All goo for a while, following morning withing another couple hours, slipping again so backed off until I get the 3mm movement.
Again, within a couple hours on the home stretch, its started slipping again and needed to be backed off.

So in 1100k's Ive had to adjust the slave cylinder 4 times

Any clues whats going on here?
