Positive on the friction & steel disc removal??? Of important note... the Rekluse drive plates are thinner than the OEM. I'm sure you know this if you followed the video & written instructions. Might double check, though since you seem to have a "growing" free-play gain issue. They also have a specific break-in procedure... I'm sure it's "wore in" now though.
Check your clutch oil jet for good measure as well, to make sure it's not clogged, causing excessive heat, etc.
Water in oil from WP seal failure?
I'd call their customer service. They are known in this industry as one of few companies that give exceptional customer service.
