Yesterday, I replaced the two small needle bearings that hold the final drive to the trailing arm. I removed the brass bushings that were installed by the previous owner. Brass bushing may be great for a racebike, but not a good one for an adventure bike. Brass bushings require a lot of maintenance between greasing and readjustments. After fitting the new bearings, I found I still had a very light play at the wheel, meaning it comes from the crown bearing. Arghhh...
