No, only one is shortened. The other fully extends. But I've found your spacer, so will install that in due course. How far did you go with the conversion? Seals & bushes? Building myself up to tearing them apart in the next week or so. I need to either build myself or purchase a fork cap spanner to break into them 1st.

Discovered SKF fork seals seem to be one of the ways around the stiction issues they have. Available here. A little spendier, but probably worth it. I've already been down the track with cheap suspension consumables - All Balls for me = endless leaks.
