its is difficult to hear over the net, but it sounds like the starter bendix is not engaging the fly wheel....??? and is skipping ....
1. Has it been giving any trouble?
2. Can these be push started?
3. Did you do the oil change correctly, have you done them many times before and therefor feel confident that the oil change was done correctly?
4. When you changed the oil, did you use royal purple.... :loll Just kidding... just kidding...

If there was a way to observe the moment the starter engages the flywheel that might help...
If there was a way to examine the fly wheel and the starter drive gear...
talk to your mechanic that is familiar with these machines and ask him to listen...
also...it almost sound like the bearing surface of the bendix has no oil
