UPDATED 12/09: Private bedroom/bathroom, half hour from DC in Clarksburg, MD. Garage parking for the motorcycles, with everything necessary for routine maintanence and some advance teardowns. There's a vacant field across the street from me that could be safely camped in (sans fire) for several nights, and great camping near/on the Potomac River (~10miles from my place).
Oh, great Central American (Costa Rican) cooking!!
