I'll get new front and rear sprockets and chain before I go... but I also plan on getting a different cam on the throttle adjuster (its a little bit all or nothing at the moment) - I guess with finer control over the throttle, my fuel consumption will be much better :)

AFAIK, the MXC already has a fan... I'll take a look tomorrow.

The XR400 was recommended to me by somebody that has done RTW twice on a DR350, so I trust that he knows what he's talking about. The 525 only came into it because I already have one.
