+1 on the pirelli scorps (stockers). I ran the bt-45's last fall . They lasted only 3k
with the bike moderately loaded with a good bit of high speed across southern Nevada.The Pirelli's on the way back held up nice with quite a bit of the same conditions. THe Bt's just don't have near the starting tread depth. THe grip was fine though on the bt-45's on highway 1
and mt. st. Helens Rd. I'm gonna use the pirelli's for future road trips.
