As things stand,l don't like the fitting set-up as they want you to use what we called in England jubilee clips to hold the rear of the guards to the frame,which is too flimsy for my liking,& l'm considering returning the kit to Thumpertalk here in 'Vegas & going for another type.

Funny you ask, I'm about to order the Unabikers. They seem to be very popular on TT. It's hard to tell from the pictures, but they look fairly strong & cover the entire radiator. Good luck either way!
