Forks seems to be older KTM conventional, front wheel RM250. 2 gas tanks are made of fiberglass. The frame took some serious cuting and welding - mainly the rear shock mounting was reinforced so the bike is capable of bigger jumps and offroad abuse :)
Under the engine are also some braces to protect the engine and hold the skidplate. (Im not sure about proper technical expression, Im not native english speaker)
Rear suspension is the biggest mystery, it should be some lever system manufactured by "Métisse" (hope you know what I mean)
Plastic is mostly KTM, rear fender seems to be Husqvarna
