remove, seat, sidepanels, snorkels, tank, battery box, undo rear brake fluid reservoir let it hang, and you vcam have these babies sat on your bench within 10 ( yes TEN) minutes of starting on the strip down. I have done mine probably 18 times in 1 weekend while re-jetting.....though I will admit to getting mighty peed off by time 15 or so!
if you cant get em off in 10 minutes your doing it wrong! and they go back so easy too, esp if you spray a little WD40 on the stubs.
