At least I finally figured out how to do this using Google video.

I clicked on the
A in the upper right hand corner before pasting the embed code in my page and it worked like a charm.
On your Google page look over on the right hand side about a fourth of the way down and you'll see: "Email-Embed". Click on that button, then click on "Embed-HTML". Copy the code that pops up then paste it into your thread and it should work.
