I got my rack. I did not include postage. Rick gave me oop's what ever responce. His loss. The price was clear $+postage. I finally battle tested the rack on Socal's 405. Lane splitting with a duffle (idiot). Quick re-strap to longways and I was off again.
Rack performed as advertised. I sent the follow up postage. To do otherwise would have been chicken-shit.
