I notice that the SE in the pic has a pillion footrest hanger fitted. Just for your information the UK bikes don't have rear footrests. (Mine doesn't anyway) so a bracket might be needed perhaps.
Looks good to me though.
Quite large. I reckon it would hold a fair bit.
