Seat had to be cut all around the front to fit the tank. I got a fram and monoshocked it from a newer bike who's engine I used as well. The wheels are R100R and had to be machined to fit. The front end is K series and oilhead brakes.
Did the K front end just bolt on - that's what I've been told!! And I knew theoretically that the oilhead brakes are a bolt on too - now I know for real!!

My bike will be a Frankenbeemer too I think - already have R65 frame and motor, R75/5 gearbox, K1100LT rear wheel. Will have K75S forks, brakes and front wheel, with R11** front caliper.

Still up in the air about the tank - you've done a great job there - well done!
