I used K100 yokes because I knew I wanted clipons. The 75's have a built in riser affair. The forks are 75's. I changed the stem but other people have told me I didn't need to

I did it on the garage floor with a blow lamp and a lump hammer so it cost nothing and was easy enough

I don't think the steering lock would have worked if I'd used the K stem.
