Here is my experience (I am sure others will jump in to point out the errors of my ways... ):
Goose Bay, Labrador West (= Wabush, Lab City and in particular Fermont) and Baie Comeau are fairly big towns, with supermarkets and all services.
Churchill Falls and Manic 5: basic convenience store, mostly OK if you need drinking stuff & chips, not much more.
Relais Gabriel: only restaurant, no store.
