anyhoo, I'm doing a similar conversion to my R65 - K100 front end with K75 3-spoke 18in mag wheel (320mm floating disc brake and 4-pot Brembo caliper) and a Monolever rear end with K1100LT 3 spoke 17in wheel....
all BMW parts, but from various sources. I've got most of the parts, just have to tackle the motor (which has seen better days)....
this may take some time......
