Lots of people are griping about the 4.5gal capacity and potential adventure-touring shortfalls. If you made something that got the total capacity to 6gal or better, I think you'd have a hot seller. Hey Nate,

This guy was asking about rally bashplates with tool boxes and water holders and i think i under-quoted badly as well.

I dont really want to get involved with making Aluminium tanks as ive seen them being a nightmare to keep sealed and generally expensive and unreliable. I'll look into it but its definately not high on the priority list.

Maybe ask you-know-who thats currently working on plastic roto-moulding tanks for another bike. I feel this may be the answer you need......
