Thanks for weighing in. I didn't want to speak for your experience, and you've done so very well indeed. I don't remember much _actual_ bravado either, just intimations of it. Partly to try and psych myself up, partly to try and give you a boost, though it was evident after the first few hills, you didn't need any boost from me. I just about lost my lunch (oh wait, we didn't eat that day!) trying to keep up with you on the way back

The ADVRider salute to each of the hills was classic.
