Just to share what I have found (jets in my carb) as well as what a hand full of people from Thumpertalk passed along.

(I haven't run it I'm not saying this is the proper set up but judging from others it may be off)
170 Main Jet
200 Main Air Jet
55 Pilot
EMP needle clip= 4th from top or bottom (of 8)

Pikkos from TT:
182-185 Main jet
200 Main Air
100 Slow Air jet
48 Pilot

XRManu from TT: (track and 680kit)
178-182 Main jet
50 Pilot
Needle 2nd from top

Hulkman from TT:
184 Main jet
45 Pilot
needle 3rd clip

My local shop "says" they have a variety of jets on hand for when they tune the FCR41 on the Husqvarna's and that they'll take back ones I don't use so I will go and pick up; 178 180 182 185, and a pilot 45, 48, 50, 52?

in reading one source they speak of slow fuel jet, I'm not sure where this is?

Mine carb originally came from sudco and doesn't have choke or Hot start if that makes a difference but I don't see where a slow air jet is

Well this is what I have found...I'm going to reassemble my carb and see what else I can find!

Oh yea my mods:
Wisco piston 102.7 bore 10.5:1 compression
Stage 2 cam
1mm oversized intake and exhaust valves...
open airbox and big-gun header and race pipe.
Alt 300-400' msl
temp currently 40-50
humidity 60-80%

I had the edlebrock on it when needed rebuild and the shop put the stocker back on it...(he wouldn't guarntee his work with the edelbrock and its "unreliable fueling curve" but I assume even with the bore and head work its still the 175 main, 68s pilot, the B53E needle.
Full Throttle - it either solves the problem or ends the suspense
