Just picked up my Varios. They were ordered with the bike, but I had to wait on BMW's new mounting system, as the old one was causing troubles.
My scale is a bit, um, vintage, but I'm getting 14 pounds per bag and 6 pounds for rack and bolts/mounting hardware. So a total weight of 34 pounds for the BMW stuff.
