I don't have much more info other than I use them myself - a lot!
I only have 22mm available,12 point. They do make 17mm,19mm, 24mm 27mm and 32mm also. ( I can get them but they would be about $20.00 + shipping so this tool is a GREAT deal! )
The spoon has a lip on one side only.
I use this combo tool for my Yamaha front axle nut, and all tire/tube changes, always works perfect.
