The local BMW dealer here will mount and balance for free if I purchase the tires from them and bring in just the wheel. The same deal is offered by another local independent moto parts shop. But I must admit, I really want to do this myself, not just to save some precious money, but to learn how to do it in my own garage before I have to do it on the side of the road or trail.
