RedHawk, do you have any pictures of your bike with you on it? I'm a only 5'-9" with 30" inseam but I'm tempted to get the same X-Large windscreen and cut it down if it ends up being too tall.

I got a Touratech windscreen and made one ride with it before selling it. It put the wind straight into my face. It was annoyingly noisy. I had a headache for three hours after the ride.

I recommend that you go by CalSci's measuring instructions:

Their chart suggests a "M" size for you. Also do the "yardstick" method.
The sight line across the top of my screen hits the ground about 30 feet from my front wheel. You wouldn't want it any higher; it's taken a bit of getting used to. The wind hits the top of my helmet, above the face shield.
I sit 4" higher than you (6', 29" inseam) so the XL is right for me.
