Established in 1786, this is one of the oldest churches in the Upstate. The present building is the fourth one, and was completed in 1858. It is on the National Register of Historical Places, being considered a "fine example of the vernacular classic revival widely used in the deep South until 1865."
From the road (which has the same name as the church), you can get a pretty fair view of the adjacent cemetery.
