FWIW my KX250 used to go shear off sprokcet bolts like nobody's business - torqued, locktite'd it didn't really matter, they'd go eventually. One day I had the bright idea of replacing the stock nuts with a couple dollars worth of nylock nuts from Ace Harware. Never broke another one. I don't own an F800, so not sure what the assembly looks like, but you can get bolts with nylon inserts in, if no nuts are used.
