Look at the size of the exhaust tip opening....I sure would have liked to hear that enine run!!
The rear axle/swingarm set-up is very nice. It looks like it would make rear wheel changes very easy.
Taken as a whole, I'd say the Suzuki Dakar bikes are MUCH closer to the production machines. Yes there are some extensive airbox and suspension modifications...that would be expected.
Photos of the Honda Africa Twin Dakar bikes show a machine that is very different from the prodution bikes.
I'm happy to have a bike that is this close to the racing models.
Now I just have to wait until Wednesday to actually own the machine.
