REV'IT Acquires GORE-TEX License

Some interesting news to report, just got this in the mail box:

Quote:
Herewith we would like to officially inform you of another benchmark moment for our company: the recent acquisition of the GORE-TEX® licenses for (1) Garments and (2) Gloves.

The acquisition of the GORE-TEX® licenses are both a symbolic reward for the development of our brand from a quality perspective as well as a fantastic opportunity for REV'IT! to develop even further advanced motorcycle apparel.

We strongly believe that the combination of GORE-TEX® product technology and the REV'IT! Engineered skin design concept will lead to a new standard in functional motorcycle apparel.

In November 2009, during the EICMA in Milan (10-15 November 2009) REV'IT! will present its first collection including GORE-TEX® technology. This first collection will exist of a compact range of textile jackets & trousers, winter gloves and WINDSTOPPER® mid layer products. The first products including GORE-TEX® product technology will be delivered to our dealers in the end of September 2010.
