The Irish Loop (Newfoundland)

Five guys showed up for today's mid-week ride around the Irish Loop. There was Don on his Versys, Trevor on his 919, Dean on his XT250, Paul on his Buell XT, and me on my old CB750. We stopped and enjoyed lunch and told some lies at a restaurant in the community of Trepassey, about halfway around the loop.

Conditions were near perfect, with light to moderate winds and temperatures hovering near the 20 degree C (68 F) mark.

Total distance door to door for me was 330 kms (200 miles).

What great way to spend a Thursday!
