Dude, go with the '09 if you're split about it; sounds like a good price to me & worth the difference compared to your '08 quote. Piggybacking on Neduro's post, my '08 EXC with Factory Connection suspension wasn't as good as the stock '09. Also, there are some minor refinements that improved on my gripes about the '08s (i.e. easier starting)...
