Heads up: Bikes need to be plated street legal and have a gas range of 140 miles+

That's a question for the police. Street legal means street legal, according to NV vehicle code.

stupid question, but I remember there is a difference between CA and NV regarding mirrors.
one state allows 1 and the other requires 2. Anyone knows which one is which?

yea doesn't matter really - I carry them in the backpack
but just wanted to know...

getting close to ready... all last minute deal and can't spend much on the beautiful fancy RMS stuff

so I found out that the KTM 690 speedo can be "adjusted" using the KTM remote switch

Then I dug up my 15 years old home made roadbook holder, and gathered ram mount stuff from the garage... Not the prettiest, but that's what I can afford right now...

CA. requires one, NV. requires two.

I would be all over this but I am already on a long ride at that time.

I know that myself and maybe Bobzilla would do this ride at a later date. I will PM to see we can buy the roll charts.
