Probably not, but there's no learning without trying. I think doing the TAT alone over the summer helped, but I'm still no expert. I'll post up when the bike is back, hopefully sooner than later.

The TAT is a ride on my list, but want to do the Continental Divide ride first.

From the sounds if it, the CDT is supposed to be harder. When I decide to do the TAT again, I'll probably do the CDT on my way through, why the hell not? The TAT was never trying until a rainy day in Utah and riding through post-flooding western Nevada.
