Looks great your route through Giles, Bland, and Tazewell counties should be awesome. Several of those roads I was on last fall but I have not been to the dismal area in over a year now I hope all those great roads are still open. Add me to the list of people wanting a preview of your final route and thanks so much for all this hard work.

Would love to see a preview. I try to ride the entire BRP at least once a year and have often wondered if there was a gravel route that paralleled it at least part of the way.

I would love a preview. Probably won't be able to provide much feedback, but it would give me something else to look forward to.

I think I got the preview out to everyone that asked. I have received some great feedback so far and am in the midst of making tweaks here and there.

    Is it spring yet? :ricky

It's getting there! Saturday's supposed to be 60F and sunny here. I am sure hoping to get out for a dirt ride.

Had a great street ride on the 5th, to and from the meet & greet in Elkton. Maybe you didn't know about it, David. 41, I think, attendees - quite a few from up your way and several from even further.

George - I didn't see the thread on the meet and great in time - I will make it next time. I have met a good number of you all between local rides and the Cat Herder's Campouts. Not only is it getting warmer but we spring forward this weekend :clap.

For those thinking of scouting off the map.....

Some roads are seasonally closed until April/May. Please consult the MVUM here if you are not sure: http://bit.ly/e1ybd8

    Don't ride around gates.... :D

I'd love to see the preview and have probably been on a lot of the roads in Augusta, and areas west of Albemarle. Thanks for doing this and :thumb great idea and follow through.

(If your coming through Crozet near US 250 and The BRP I can offer some yard camping.)

    got it- thanks:thumb

I hope you don't mind me asking- For now to use this I created an overlay to be inserted into google earth, from there I can trace the route

is there an easier way to gain access to a file of the route in say a kml, gpx, ...etc. file

again, sorry I am still figuring out all this
