Well if i could get someone to ride with me i could have someone else take a look at it while going that speed :norton

And i fixed the brakelines so there isnt any movement really, so im happy with it, atleast for the near future.

Excellent build, I like the look of the new white paintwork!

I think the new front mudguard really suits it.......!

It'll look the 'mutts nuts' with a pair of TKC80's on it aswell and then you'll be able to plough on through the tougher trails.

Unless the photo is distorted, I see a crack on your tank right below where the whitle plastic ends.

My tank had some separation occur in that spot. Not saying that's the case with yours. Dealer said it was a known issue with the bike and replaced the tank.

    Happy Holidays everyone!

I got some cool stuff for Xmas.

    Moose Racing Fender Pack
and an Waterproof Deck Bag that i used as a tail bag. only cost $26 from REI! But it has so much room and looks great for so cheap!

Also, looks like im going to have the money to buy ether a new set of headers or a muffler.

What do you guys think i should buy first?

Tires! :hide With all those offroad oriented accessories, and you still have those tires... You'd get a lot of performance out of a set of TKCs, K60s or Kenda Big Blocks. Just sayin.

But I'd definitely go for a new can first over the headers. Aftermarket muffler would be cheaper as well as offering a greater weight savings than headers. Put headers last on your list, after pretty much everything else you want to do...

I know i need tires! the reason i need/ want the headers is because i crushed them a week after i bought the bike and i havent seen any drop in performance but i can see alot of discoloration in the pipes compared to my buddies bike.

    http://advrider.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=266619&stc=1&d=1306111321

So im worried the longer i wait the more chance i have a chance of f*#king up the valves because the extra heat and back pressure. i would rather spend $500 on headers than 3k on a valve rebuild.

my pipes are a dark brown with some rainbow color, and my buddies bike is still that nice gold color. we ride the same trails and have had our bikes for almost the same time.
