    Each one is a postcard!
What kinda camera do you have & did you take millions of shots to get the perfect shot or you have the eye already to get the shot?

Thanks Padmei, I used a Canon 7D SLR and took quite a lot of photos, deleted most of the not-so-good ones at the end of each day.

That's the good thing about digital, you can delete the ones you don't want and just keep the good ones :D

You could say I have an eye for it, I kinda know what I'm looking for so it's just down to experimenting with composition and lighting.

The hardest part is choosing where to take a photos from as there are SOOOOO many beautiful vista's in that part of the world :clap................

    Cheers

Nice photographs Steve. Just back to Oz after a trip over there for a few weeks. Here's a couple of mine, one taken from the same place as one of yours at Kaikoura, I reckon, and the other at the Ohau Stream just up the road where you can reach out and just about touch these little buggers....

    A very beautiful place....

Hi Aussie Trev, looks like you picked a nice time of year to go with the snow on the mountains. Funnily enough I was down your way a couple months ago, beautiful part of the world too :thumb, here's where I went http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=920160

SWMBO and I were on the South Island last month for a little (cage) drive and a cruise on a small ship.
