Most dual sport bikes already have a hi/low light switch so you should be all set with the switch part. As for wiring, the Racelight uses spade connectors and so do H4 bulbs. I'll provide a diagram as to which terminal is hi/low/negative. Unless you are going to install some sort of high watt bulb in the light then the bikes wiring should handle it no problem. Some bikes, such as Huskys, use the mini spade connectors in which case you will need to install the standard size spades.

COLORS...... "You can have any color you want as long as it's black!" :D

The rest of the light is black so I went with black. When I was at the powder coater yesterday, he threw a color chart on the counter with about 200 colors :scratch . I guess if somebody REALLY has to have a custom color, I can get it done but the cost for one offs is pretty shocking.

Another thought I had was custom masks to apply to the ring. This may prove to be too expensive though.

After going over the numbers and double checking everything I've come up with the price.

    What you will get:
Assembled conversion which includes the Hella H4 reflector, powder coated adaptor assembly, stainless steel fasteners and USPS shipping.

Plus for everyone that purchases and says they are an ADV inmate, I'll send $2 to Baldy for using his site.

    $105 shipped CONUS

I'm going out of town tomorrow and will be back after the new year. The powder coating should be done sometime that week and I'll be ready to ship, everything else is in stock for the first run.

Just want to add,, the first batch is 10 units and 2 are spoken for so I need to know who definitely wants one to determine if I need to get a second batch in the works asap. The people that said yes before the price, I still need to know your status.

    Thanks

I can do that on the next batch, this first batch is all being coated. And I can knock the price down some.

Looks like the first run is almost spoken for. I've had a couple requests for raw, un-coated adaptors so I'll get extras on the next run for that purpose. Calling the machine shop today with that order and should have those next week also.

How are you gonna work out payment?

Are you gonna do the PayPal thing?

It's easy and works for me.
